New apprentices start at Integrity

Amahri Thomas

Integrity Facilities Management Ltd would like to welcome our two latest additions to the team. Amahri Thomas (20) and Anthony Cornes (19) both started with the company at the same time. They are both working as Property Maintenance Apprentices and are studying towards an NVQ in Property Maintenance (Level 2).

Both are enjoying gaining valuable experience working in a multi-skilled environment. ‘Since joining Integrity, no day has been the same. Each day is a brand-new experience that’s broadening my skills and knowledge. I always look forward to the next day as I know I’ll be learning something new’ states Amahri. ‘I have been working for Integrity for a few months now and I have learnt so many different skills. We have undertaken a wide variety of different jobs stretching across the Facilities Management industry. I enjoy going to work every day’’ offered Anthony.

These new apprenticeships form just part of Integrity’s commitment to nurturing local talent. Two years ago, Matthew Fallon joined Integrity on a one year Business Administration apprenticeship. This subsequently resulted in his full-time employment with the company. ‘We are continually striving to encourage new talent in the Midlands region through grassroots investment.’ said Thomas Darby, Integrity’s General Manager. ‘This has demonstrated across a wide range of activities – ranging from hosting business networking events and apprenticeships to further afield with the sponsorship of local sports teams.’ stated Darby.
