Integrity have established themselves as a regular service provider for Amazon at their premises in Coventry. The nature of Amazon’s business means that the site is in use and extremely busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An integral part of the functionality of site is the reception areas in which drivers visit before they collect and drop off goods. The constant flow of traffic in this area meant that communication had to be at its optimal to enable full fluidity.

In order for the reception staff and drivers to communicate easily and freely a proposal was made to supply and install a bespoke piece of glass to replace what was currently there. A measured piece was manufactured to enable delivery notes to be passed freely underneath and for all communications to be heard clearly, enabling for a faster process.
