Roof Leaks into industrial production warehouses can be the cause of serious issues and disruption to core business as well as damage to assets critical to manufacturing functionality. 100m of guttering on this site was in need of cleaning to free up the flow of rainwater. Once all gutters were clear, the whole runs required future proofing against any inclement weather. We used a specialist roofing system on these gutters which had excellent adhesion to the bituminous surface. Primer was applied to the standing surface and then a base layer and fleece, which was then top coated with sealant applied to any hard-to-reach areas. Once coated, the compound forms a seamless elastic membrane without any joints. This allows it to be airtight and waterproof, thanks to its versatility.
