Integrity Facilities Management – CHAS Accreditation 2020

Integrity Facilities Management are pleased to confirm that our renewal application for The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) has once again been accepted and approved.

CHAS is established as the market leader for Health & Safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is available to contractors and to buyers looking for suitably competent suppliers. This accreditation also means Integrity FM is approved to work for all CHAS’ buyers, which includes various organisations throughout the UK.

The aim of CHAS is for companies to show potential new suppliers and current clients that they meet the required health and safety standards whilst also providing assurance and reassurance that the company is operating in a safe way and following guidelines.

Integrity are proud to show its commitment to Health and Safety and by once again achieving CHAS accreditation reaffirms this commitment.

Integrity FM Sponsor Local Team!

Integrity Facilities Management is delighted to announce that we are the official home shirt sponsor of local non-league football club AFC Church. AFC Church will begin the 2018/2019 season playing in the Total Motion Midlands Football League Division Three. AFC Church will be working as a feeder club to Evo-Stick South premier division side Alvechurch FC as well as offering a natural progression for the exciting youth talent currently playing in the U18’s side.

At Integrity, we believe that is important to support the local community and by sponsorship we can help to do that.

‘The Church’ kicked off the season with a thrilling 6-4 away win at University Of Wolverhampton Men’s Football after being 4-2 down going into the half time break. Next up for The Church is a home tie tomorrow night against Enville Athletic.

All at Integrity FM would like to wish the best of luck to the team for this season.

Up The Church!

After a competitive tender process, and in line with a planned redesign and modernization of their existing science block, Integrity Facilities Management were selected to complete a refurbishment of the adjoining classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, access points and amenity links.

After extensive planning and then implementation of deconstruction and reconstruction to the layout (inclusive of walls and movable walls, ceilings and flooring) Integrity Facilities Management paved the way for regenerating this academic environment inclusive of: redecoration, reconfiguration of heating and lighting (Invest to Save), networking and audio-visual systems.

The completed works helped breathe new life and capacity into the existing building and enabled to learners to study and learn inside the newly bright, clean and modern facility.
